All projects require a written agreement, proposal, or purchase order specifying the scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, and any other project-specific terms. Any changes to scope will be documented and may affect fees and timelines.

Estimates are valid for the period stated in the estimate or for thirty (30) days if no period is specified.

Clients are invoiced and pay via invoice and bank transfer as agreed. Unless otherwise specified:

• A deposit or initial payment (if required) must be received before work begins.
• Remaining fees are due according to the payment schedule in the contract or upon completion of milestones.
• Late payments may incur interest or project suspension until the account is brought current.
• Fees do not include applicable taxes unless stated.

We provide reasonable revisions to completed deliverables as described in the project agreement. Clients are expected to review deliverables and provide feedback promptly.

Because our Services are customized and work-based, refunds are not provided after work commences or after deliverables have been approved by the client. If a client believes the Services were not delivered as agreed, they must notify Beehives Digital in writing within fourteen (14) days of delivery and cooperate in good faith to resolve the issue.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and approvals required for project delivery.
• Ensure they have the rights, licenses, or permissions for any third-party content they provide.
• Respond to communications and approval requests in a timely manner to avoid delays.

Beehives Digital is not liable for delays, defects, or additional charges resulting from the client’s failure to comply with these responsibilities.

• Beehives Digital retains ownership of all intellectual property, source files, templates, and proprietary tools used to produce deliverables until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client, except for any pre-existing materials, third-party components, or proprietary systems retained by Beehives Digital.
• Client grants Beehives Digital a limited, non-exclusive right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

While we strive to deliver high-quality Services, Beehives Digital expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

Performance Disclaimer

• Marketing and SEO results vary depending on multiple factors beyond our control, such as competition, search algorithms, and client cooperation. Beehives Digital makes no guarantees of specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in connection with the Services. Confidential information does not include information that is or becomes public without breach, is independently developed, or is rightfully received from a third party.

Beehives Digital may use third-party services, software, platforms, or tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Stripe, hosting providers) to provide Services. We are not responsible for third-party service failures, outages, policy changes, or data breaches.
